Ducky DK-9008 G2 (NKRO over USB) with RED keyswitches – $175

It does look big, but i think their ok.

My only concern is

1. the extra price ( i am already way over budget. Instead of spend like MYR20 on a cheap keyboard, i'm spending MYR450 @[email protected]: I know i am a vain person, but the prices bring me back to reality. I can only go so far with my plans for perfection. )
2. is it my imagination or is the control key bigger than the Duckies ? Is it gonna fit alright o_O:
3. Since Ducky uses function key, the F9 etc have a see through gap in the key so you can see the light LED. If you replace them with this new key set, it will block out the led light :{

By the way what plastic are they using ? abs or pbt :d the thread did not mention.

Signature Plastics keycaps are all made from ABS

I saw the key cap comparison between the Filco and the signature plastics. Why is the SP smaller ? is that suppose to be better or their cost cutting :x

Walrus i read somewhere that you can order the leather hand rest with the keyboard and get it cheaper. Any ideas ??

Signature Plastics Molds are based on Cherry's specification. Original Cherry keycaps are shorter...

Hi SmallWalrus, I'm interested in joining the MO for a brown switch keyboard. I do have some questions first though, sorry if I missed the answer if it's already in the thread...

Are these fully N key rollover? Has anyone had a chance to try them out yet? I remember the earlier Das were slamed on GeekHack because of NKRO and transcription problems...

Are the keys labled in English only or with Chinese/Korean too like some pics I've seen?

Is the MO #2 also eligible for the bonus keycap set?

Do they sell spare keycap sets? Maybe down the road might want a PBT.... (Think I read that you asked already and it's only for 104 key - and sold out)

Does anyone know if we need special drivers for the 4 extra keys? Also, why the LED on F9-F11?
