RB2011 is rather old, it's better to separate routing and wireless.

Any model can that support dual WAN plug and play? Have 2 SingNet WAN connection want to use them both. Purely routing. Wifi looking to get those RB AP. Suggestions? Alagas didn't reply to me.

Where did you send the inquiry to?

Any MikroTik router can do that as long as it has 3 ports (2wan+1lan). Question is what wan speed, how many lan users, what type of lan users.

i have flyvpn accounts, they support pptp

can i establish multiple pptp sessions, create VRF for each pptp and have each of them available for different VLAN?

The idea is i will have 1 or more AP that supports VLAN, each WLAN will be used for different purpose.
Example : Seowbin-CN , Seowbin-US , etc..

for different purpose like watching CN drama, i will connect to Seowbin-CN. possible?

yes it's possible to do that, not necessary VRF. we call it policy based routing, where you only need one ssid to do this.
