    Each house usually has a main incoming line that connects to a splitter.

    For max performance you isolate the coaxial cable run you intend to use so you have a point to point connection between the A and B end.

    This also eliminates your potential for causing interference. Of course, this means you will not get any cable service on the affected outlets.

    MOCA 2.0 finally out. Very very nice.

    Results with Mikrotik RB1100AH.

    I have another pair of bridges coming in so I can get 2Gbps to the desktop.

    Will update when the units finally ship.

    Any updates on this? I'm considering getting a pair of MOCA/DECA adapters since I have spare coaxial cabling but no ethernet cabling around the house.

    Dear Starhub, do you see a need in throttling my VPN too?
