    Anybody subscribe to SuperInternet ? Can show speedtest results please ?

    I paid the one-time fee juz now .. Now waiting for them to come fix the 'White Box' for me

    Actually, Superinternet's price is quite average.

    $53.50 per month
    $214 one time fee (2 year contract) = $8.92 per month
    $53.50 + $8.92 = $62.42 per month

    Starhub MaxInfinity Ultimate = $68.27
    Singtel Cheapest = $64.90 (50mbps down, 25mbps up + stupid MioTV)
    M1 student plan $39 (but must signup or recontract mobile line)
    M1 non student plan = $59 (not sure with or w/o GST)

    The only down side is that you have to pay the $214 upfront.

    I've emailed them regarding the equipments they providing and other inquiries about other charges, hosting, port blockings etc...
    they have yet to reply my email.

    The time they will come to install is between 4-6 weeks. Don't bother to email them too. They hardly reply my email. Hence, I went to them instead. Face-to-face, they gotta reply my queries

    Well .. I am paying Starhub $124 every month now for the premium connection which I am getting roughly 20M. I have no idea why they are charging me $124 per month and they have also threatened to disconnect my Internet due to non-payment of the $124 per month. I called them to change my plan to the Fibre 100M which is $68 and they refused. I am not on contract.     are you a foreigner? cos the only ppl i know who need to pay deposits are foreigners.

    and WTF, why starhub doesnt allow u to downgrade. Just cancel it. u will be better off with fibre.

    You just go down to the store they will change for you. They have to rights to prevent you from downgrading unless you are on contract or you have overdue bills

    He or an immediate family member has probably been blacklisted for bad debts and might still be (1.8k is excessive even for deposit; amount probably includes bad debts).

    They just tell me that I cannot downgrade. I dun mind cancelling Starhub but ... most prolly i'd be stuck with no internet till Super comes along *sigh*

    I am not on contract. I have overdue bills and the overdue bills is that they are charging me $124 for Premium plan and I am getting 20M download speed. I wouldn't pay them hence they became overdue bills.
