    i tried bro, it's all useless without proper nutrition and regular exercise (sounds like the typical statement but its so true)

    wah i like most tips here. =) but power yoga don't burn as much calories as i desire. i would say go for HIIT (high Intensive interval training)
    very good for burning calories efficiently.
