Hi all, has anyone encountered a disappointing service rendered by Ninja van singapore?


Personally i had a nightmare experience with them.
to cut things short, i bought something from lazada and i have to use ninjavan service to deliver the product, purposely opt for the express service which i hope to receive the parcel the next day but it didn't arrive. called customer care and the staff simply dont care, pushing all the problems to the next staff who will contact me.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY UNLIKELY THAT I WILL BUY FROM LAZADA AGAIN UNTIL NINJA SHITTY VAN GOT REPLACED BY A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.



does anyone have the same issue or it is only just me?
