Seasonic M12 620w intermitten problem

I have this psu for a while back that's been a scumbag. Will try to summarized my long story/issue;
1) Works fine till one day cannot boot my pc.
Tried to troubleshoot; fan will spin up for a sec then stop. Power cycle also the same result. Unplug 24pin connector test 5VSB with multimeter seems ok. Plug back into mobo still the same result.

2) Bring to Corbell. The tech test the psu and it work fine. (I poker face at the tech)
At this point, already use a replacement psu for pc. This psu made as spare.

3) Last week I used the psu to test a xeon board. Psu works fine even under heavy loading. Then switched on power but mobo standby led not light up. Power cycle it still the same issue.
Unplug all the connectors and test the 5VSB -> 0v. Tried to short PS-ON to ground just for the sake of it results -> no go.
So I unplug all the connections and power cord and leave it for a full day plus. Then test it again; 5VSB -> 0v.

4) This afternoon, I decided to test it again before bringing down to corbell and the damn thing works fine again.

Currently almost want to give up. Cant pin point the problem in which I cant even RMA it.
So any suggestions? Thanks

It happened again a moment ago. I switched off the psu switched and switch it back on, no voltage on 5VSB. Powermeter shows 0.0watts where standby should be abt 1.0w draw.

I guess I've narrowed down to the psu switch is having bad contact. Possible for RMA?

Funny thing, I have the same problem with you. Bought last week. Took to Corbell today and they tested and did a one to one swap because it's a new purchase.

Haha, corbell tech follow sop, will never reply me.
Anyways, I just use it as long i dont fondle the power switch.
Not worth my time/effort to go there then they wont do anything.
