MSI Lightning 7970 BE artifacts

My 7970 Lightning BE's been unstable since I bought it. Windows and DWM crashes, and artifacting in game especially when she runs hot. 7680x1440 eyefinity tends to do that.

I'd thought the problem was due to crap drivers until I got the time to swap the card with her crossfired mate.

Now the artifacting has moved to the screens driven by the suspect card when running in independent mode, with the primary screens working perfectly.

How do I go about getting an RMA done? They be only 4 months old. Really disappointed that this happens in a flagship product. Especially right out of the box....
