Got a EA7500.. tot of pairing it with RE7000. Does the system work?

Currently have a EA7500 from Starhub... coverage so so. Tried Wi-fi extender, not as good as WP4220 powerline cum wifi.
The router alone is slightly better than previous DIR868L. Will getting a RE7000 make any difference?

Anybody using LinkSys wifi system? Perhaps upgrade the TL-WPA4220 to WPA7510 or WPA8730??

The Linksys RE7000 Max-Streamâ„¢ AC1900+ Wi-Fi Range Extender can be set up in two ways, through the Access Point mode or Range Extender mode respectively. This article will show you steps on how you can set up the Linksys RE7000 to Range Extender mode. Before you start the setup process, make sure you have the following:An active 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
