    did HIIT for 3 months to lose all the belly fats. lol

    but damn tiring.....

    Yeah Laurence555, Cardio exercise 100% helps to loss fat in a days, I recommend boxing for this because boxing is the best Cardio exercise by Boxers and Medical Specialist .................!

    I don't understand why people consume all their energies doing weight-lifting and all that sort of stuff. They need to focus on cardio exercises. I believe half an hour of cardio overlaps all their weight-lifting. They need to put focus on running, walking and jogging.
